一、Industrial usability engineer
硕士以上，软件可用性调研分析，负责自主研发软件方面的survey，设计survey，对测试结果进行分析。英语流利。
Goals/Mission
You will work in a team to design new or refine industrial products (hardware or software) with usability engineering methods and user-centered process.
Tasks
- Apply knowledge of usability, ergonomics, ethnography, psychology, etc. to collect, analyze and define requirements for industrial application systems and products in the areas of automation, healthcare or home appliance, etc.
- Work in a multidisciplinary team consisted of people with various background such as marketing, usability and technical, to distill improvement or innovation ideas.
- Develop the ideas via user-centered design/innovation process and demonstrate them with low/high fidelity prototypes.
- Conduct lab tests or field studies to validate the ideas/designs with users.
- Analyze the test results and conclude with new insights or proposals to help solving user experience problems.
- Research and innovation on HMI technologies in industrial cases.
Capabilities
-Have rich experience in usability engineering methodologies in user-centered design process, such as focus group, interview, questionnaire, field observation, usability test, and prototype, etc.;
- Have practice in product benchmarking, market research and analysis;
- Have knowledge about product innovation skills and have the insights and capabilities to distill ideas and solutions from market and user research;
- Be able to work in a range of content areas: different industries, mediums (such as hardware, software, different interactions), and phases (from strategy, definition to validation) ;
- Be able to manage projects, from project methodology definition, planning, communication to ending it.
- Be able to build and maintain relationship with customers and users;
- Keep the research spirit and be enthusiastic for innovation;
- Have good presentation skills to demonstrate the project results;
- Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken) with equivalent level of CET-6 at least;
- be able to work closely with a cross-disciplinary and international team, and keep the milestone;
- Project leading experience is preferable;
- Working experience in industrial areas is a plus.
Additional Information
Your Profile:
-PhD or Master degree in the fields of Human Machine/Computer Interaction, Usability Engineering, Human Computing, Industrial Design, Psychology or any other Human Factor Engineering related areas;
-Previous research or project experience affiliated with HMI technology or user-centered design;
-We prefer those who did scientific work that had immediate relevance to the market or products.
-Willingness to cooperate with people from different background; team-working spirit.
-Outstanding communication skills.
-Creative, initiative and open-minded.
二、Software Engineer for Industrial Information system development
硕士以上，最好是工业设计或图形相关专业，负责软件界面设计。英语流利。
Tasks
- Designing and developing application software for industrial information systems according to customer requirments.
- Designing and developing advanced optimizing and scheduling algorithm for industrial information systems.
- Designing and developing interactive interface for industrial information system.

Education
Master degree in Computer Science, Industrial Automation, Information Systems, Operation research or related fields.
Knowledge/Skills
- Strong knowledge on production operation management and be familiar with concept/theory of advanced manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge on operational research, be professional to solve the optimizing problems.
- Strong knowledge on software engineering and architecture design.
- Be very familiar with C++, C# and skillful on .net based development.
- Be very familiar with Database development especially for Oracle and SQLServer.
- Fluent speaking, reading and writing in English.
Experience
- 3+ years experience in software development including database,HMI and optimizing algorithm programming etc.
- Experience in industrial realtime database development is preferred.
- Experience in design and development of industrial information system (MES, ERP, SCM, CRM etc.) is preferred.
- Experience in industrial plant processes (Tobacco, Food & Beverage, Automotive, Oil & gas, Metal etc.) is preferred.
