Job Description As a User Experience Researcher, you will: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the design, planning, execution, analysis and reporting of qualitative and usability research • Lead the qualitative work-streams within larger projects involving primary and secondary guest and competitive research • Facilitate and execute research projects such as shopalong, store intercepts, interviews, in home research, usability studies and more • Facilitate the project team's efforts in identifying key learning throughout the research and conduct analysis of data to generate insights and recommendations • Provide expert consultation to teams regarding qualitative research and usability, including working with groups to recognize future strategies, and usability insight to their product or interface • Be skilled at learning and incorporating evolving technological capabilities for research as well as creating and managing digital presentations Requirements • Master degree in Human Factors, Interface Design, Psychology, Anthropology or related area • Three or more years experience in qualitative research and usability, field observations, ethnographic, usability testing, and other user research methodologies • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, project management, and communication skills; comfortable presenting insights to large audiences • Strong ability with facilitation and group collaboration • Excellent team work
