Job Description

As an Interaction Designer, you will:

• Take an active role among design teams in the area of human factors principles and appropriate ergonomic designs for product, service and solutions.

• Work collaboratively in multiple cross-functional User Experience teams to design positive customer experience for products.

• Work with project/product teams to implement Customer Experience strategies for products.

• Provide product designers and engineers with specifications and that apply Human Factors Engineering principles to Customer Experience requirements.

• Assist with the research and validation of Future Customer Experience Strategies and their integration into products.

• Conduct product usability study to validate Customer Experience Designs.

Requirements

• Master Degree in Cognitive Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Industrial Design, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 2 + years experience doing interface design, usability evaluation, or research.

• Must possess in-depth knowledge of User-centered design, usability evaluation techniques, perception, cognition, task analysis, experimental design and statistics.

• Must have excellent teamwork, communication, and technical problem-solving skills to contribute within multi-functional and multi-disciplined project team(s).

• Must have strong written and verbal English communication skills.
