We are looking for a designer with multiple years of experience design websites. Familiarity with the following concepts and technologies are required:

1.We require an individual who has at least 2-3 years experience in the design of interactive medium.

2.Should be well up in relative design software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Image Ready.

3.Familiarity with web standards designing -- XHTML and CSS -- is a big advantage. Ability to code in CSS/XHTML.

4.Good experience of HTML development on different browser environment.

5.Should be familiar with the website design, architecture of website, UI Design, net extended design and excellent arts abilities.

6.Have a deep understanding in UI Design and interactive / the future tendency of multimedia.

7.Have the enthusiasm for originality, and design. Active and unique thought, new concept and high efficient execution.

8.Good listening, speaking, reading, writing English skills are required.
