Duties/Responsibilities:
1.Define target users and segments. Know their aspirations, motivations, activities, habits, practices, wants and needs.
2.Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, user needs and identify valuable and profitable problems to solve. Turn research results into meaningful insights
3.Develop effective idea to advance an industrial design proposal based on the research.
4.Report and present professionally that the audience will understand and enjoy, as well as using it into design.

主要职责:
1.研究社会趋势，观察和总结新的族群
2.人群定位，并精准了解人群喜好，习惯，活动和需求等
3.有能转化调研结果为有效的商业想法的能力
4.定期报告并加以转换成设计师理解和可用的设计语言

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in industrial design, human-computer interaction, architecture, psychology, Anthropology or related discipline with a solid foundation in research-based design
2.In-depth knowledge of human-centered design principles and techniques
3.Expertise conducting ethnographic research, interviewing, participatory design, heuristic evaluations, usability testing, benchmark testing, competitive evaluations and questionnaire/survey design.
4.Self-motivated, team worker as well as individual worker
5.Good English and Chinese communication skills both in written and opal
6.Work experience in relative industry for 1-2 year

技能要求:
1.本科及以上学历: 工业设计、机构设计、建筑、视觉传达设计、人因工程、心理学、社会学等相关专业
2.对人类行为敏感，并有很好的理解力和分析能力
3.能精准地把握市场或社会热点和趋势，并将之转化为设计或商业机会
4.认真负责，可以融入团队工作，也能独立完成项目
5.精通行业基本2D软件操作
6.精通英语和中文，良好的沟通技巧
7.一年以上相关工作经验，有设计经验者优先
