- 带领项目成员，与研发团队、客户和/或用户合作，通过获取需求并细化需求，负责为亚洲和北美客户产品设计用户界面；
- 制定项目规划及进程跟踪，确保项目的及时完成；
- 参与用户界面设计流程并提供建设性创意和提导意见；
- 规范用户体验团队的工作流程；
- 激励和管理用户体验团队的工作绩效。
职位要求：
- 人机交互，平面设计，工业设计，认知/工程心理学、计算机科学专业的本科或是硕士优先；
- 在消费者电子产品、网站、Windows、Mac应用软件、或PDA/手机的用户界面设计方面具备经验；
- 熟悉用户中心的设计原则和方法；
- 熟知跨文化设计需要注意的问题；
- 具有良好的管理技能；
- 熟练使用Photoshop, Visio, PowerPoint, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Illustrator, Flash, and Visual Basic and/or VisualStudio.NET等设计图象，故事板，用户界面虚拟图和制作原型；
- 良好的沟通协调能力；
- 具备良好的中、英文书写与对话能力。
Job Description
- Collaborate with engineers and customers and/or users to acquire and refine requirements to design product interaction for both Asian and North American users
- Set schedules and ensure project deliverables on time with quality
- Participate in UI design and contribute creatively ideas and guidance
- Develop the standards of work process
- Motivate and manage team members
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Cognitive/Engineering Psychology, or Computer Science
- Experience designing UIs for consumer electronics devices, complex web sites, Windows or Mac applications, or PDA/mobile phone UIs
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methods
- Strong knowledge of cross-cultural design issues
- Good management skill
- Experience creating storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes using tools such as Photoshop, Visio, PowerPoint, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Illustrator, Flash, and Visual Basic and/or VisualStudio.NET
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineers about technical issues
- Prior experience with writing detailed design specifications preferred
