Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations：

-User interface design of key features and applications.

- Planning, conceptualization, design and implementation of user interface designs.

- Lead design to ensure connectivity and growth of user-centric application designs between products and across platforms.

- Build credible working level relationships with UI design staff, product marketing, software and engineering partner organizations as well as key customers.

- Drive knowledge share and creative flow of new ideas between studios and designers.

- This position requires the successful candidate to support the formation of a user-centric point of view in key application areas that relate to evolving consumer needs.

- This position requires a deep understanding of user-centric design processes and research.

Specific Knowledge/Skills

- Technical skills: Scenario planning, use-case development, project and design management, UI Architecture mapping.

- Conceptual skills: Creative problem solving, concept development and communication, design and process methodology.

- Tools Knowledge: Visio, Microsoft Office applications, Illustrator, Photoshop

- Background: Degree in Industrial/Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Anthropology and/or Cognitive Science, 3+ years related work experience.

- Ability to speak English, and read and write English documents.

岗位职责：
1、负责公司手机软件方案 (MTK, Qualcomm,
Android)的人机界面设计，提升用户体检，并跟踪反馈；
2、参与制定公司手机软件方案UE统一的准则和指南；
3、负责跟踪手机市场发展以及UE设计发展趋势；对现有产品进行UE分析，撰写对公司手机软件方案的分析报告，提出优化用户体检的改进方案；

岗位要求：
1、 对产品流程、用户操作流程、及用户需求有一定理解
2、善于沟通和逻辑表达，具有良好的团队合作意识以及创新精神；
3、熟悉 Visio, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash 等相关设计工具
4、人机交互、工业设计、计算机相关专业 。3年以上相关工作经验，有手机行业工作经验优先，需附上历年作品或链接
5、熟练的英文交流和读写能力。
